Nutritional
information
A Vegetarian is a person who eats no meat, poultry or seafood what so ever,
and who do's not eat animal by-products such as gelatine (made from animal bones).
The simple rule of thumb is "if it was alive, I don't eat it".

There are however different groups of vegetarians.
Lacto-ovo make up the majority, they eat dairy products and eggs.
Lacto-vegetarians avoid eggs.
Vegans avoid animal products whatsoever.
Demi-vegetarians people who avoid red meat but still eat white meat and fish occasionally.

This site caters for the lacto-ovo vegetarian and anyone who is like minded, I am a
lacto-ovo vegetarian and believe in the principal of "if it was alive don't eat it", but milk, butter,
and eggs etc, I don't mind as nothing has been killed in the process of getting it to my plate.

Anyway lets get on to the good stuff, just click the links to the left, and you will be whisked
away to the mouth-watering recipes waiting there.
